At Badili India, we stand by the quality of our refurbished smartphones and accessories. Every device you buy from us comes with a warranty to ensure peace of mind and long-term satisfaction.


What’s Covered Under Warranty?

Our warranty covers the following:

  • Hardware malfunctions (motherboard, screen, battery, speaker, mic, etc.)

  • Touchscreen or display issues not caused by physical damage

  • Battery backup or charging port problems

  • Software-related performance issues


🚫 What’s Not Covered?

The warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage, cracks, dents, or broken screens

  • Water or liquid damage

  • Damage caused by misuse, unauthorized repairs, or third-party accessories

  • Accessories like earphones, charging cables, or adapters (unless specified)


🕒 Warranty Duration

  • Refurbished Smartphones: Up to 12 months warranty (as mentioned on product page)

  • Accessories: 3-month limited warranty (where applicable)


🛠 How to Claim Warranty

  1. Visit our Warranty Page and fill out the warranty claim form.

  2. Upload images/videos showing the issue.

  3. Our customer support team will review and guide you within 48 working hours.

  4. If approved, your device will be repaired or replaced as per policy.
